Three steps. One workflow.
Build your material list and email it to your supplier. Then use that same list to cost the job for yourself.
1

Build & Send Your List

Pull from the catalogue, build your material list by job, and email the PDF to your supplier.

2

Turn It Into a Job Costing

Add selling prices and labour to your material list — your backup for putting together your own estimates.

3

Verify with Calculators

Run voltage drop, conduit fill, and wire sizing to make sure your list is right before you order.

Build the list. Email it out.

No more scattered spreadsheets, wrong part numbers, or handwritten lists. Build your material list from the catalogue, then email the PDF to whichever supplier you want.

  • Full electrical catalogue — search by name, part number, manufacturer, or category
  • Build your list by job — track name, customer, site address, and quantities
  • Export to PDF and email it to your own suppliers — you choose who gets it
  • Track status from Draft → Sent → Ordered — know where every list stands

NEC calculators built right in

Before you send your material list to the supplier, run the calculations that matter. Verify wire sizes, check conduit fill, and confirm voltage drop — so the list you order from is the right one.

  • Voltage Drop — verify conductor sizing for the run
  • Conduit Fill — check fill percentage per NEC standards
  • Wire Sizing, Ampacity & Overcurrent Protection

I built SiteCount because after 25 years of pulling wire and ordering materials, I was still dealing with the same problems — wrong parts, wrong names, wasted trips. This app is what I wish I'd had on day one.

Common questions

How does emailing a material list or estimate work?

When you export a PDF, you choose who to send it to — your supplier, your client, whoever you need. A copy also gets sent to the email address you registered with, so you always have a record. Simple as that.

Can I add my own suppliers and pricing?

Yes. You can set up your own suppliers and enter the pricing they give you. That way your material lists reflect the real costs from the supply houses you actually buy from — and you can compare them side by side on every job.

Does it work on my phone and desktop?

Yes. SiteCount works on your phone, tablet, and desktop — wherever you need it. Use it on site from your phone, in the van on your tablet, or back at the office on your computer. It's a Progressive Web App, so you can install it to your home screen like a regular app.

Is my pricing data private?

Absolutely. Your supplier pricing, selling prices, and job costings are yours alone. No one else can see your data. SiteCount uses role-based access so you control exactly who on your team can see what.

What does it cost?

We're currently offering early access. Pricing details will be available soon — but if you're losing money on ordering mistakes and return trips, SiteCount will pay for itself fast. Get on the early access list and we'll keep you in the loop.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

Spreadsheets don't compare supplier pricing for you, don't have a built-in electrical catalogue, can't auto-calculate labour hours, and definitely can't run NEC voltage drop calculations. SiteCount replaces the spreadsheet, the calculator app, and the phone calls to three different suppliers — all in one place.
